Wobbly wobbly sets

Much noiseier and bouncier then my last set. For the price im paying i would have thought i wouldnt get a back massage on the other end of the house for small loads

Had to replace my 20 year old Maytag

Warm wash/rinse is barely warm. I have to fill the machine with some hot water, stop the machine, change to warm and then start again. I use real soap not detergent in order to get clothes clean and soap needs very warm water in order to work properly. The spin cycle sounds like an airplane taking off! Extra rinse does not have warm water as a choice. Again I have to partially fill the machine on wash with hot water, stop the machine to cancel the cycle then change to rinse. This machine uses LOTS of water. The medium fill is the same as the large on my old machine. The cost of this machine is very high given how difficult it is to use. I just hope the 7 year warranty to work the price.

Have high expectations for the product. Unsure at the moment on how to rate. After doing three loads of laundry the agitator came loose from the base during the spin cycle and obviously starting banging around in the drum. We stopped the machine immediately, unloaded the clothing and reseated the agitator. Have done two loads since and seems ok. We can only assume the agitator was not properly engaged at the factory. Therefore, for obvious reasons, are reluctant to give an honest review.

Need more info

Disappointed!! Comes with no book to help you with some of your choices. I don’t have the technology to download anything. Found out the hard way you can’t use fabric softener in one of the choices. For so much money you would think putting in a how to use booklet wouldn’t be such a big deal. I can’t review or say much of anything else until I have officially used this machine as intended

Satisfied w/product NOT Speed Queen - the company

Do not understand how machine FULLY works. Have read & re-read ALL literature bothe in accompanying manual & on line. Now I've been told that THE WONDERFUL company I bought it - Appliance Doctor- from can NO LONGER represent Speed Queen products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I want my Whirlpool back

For this kind of money, I expect to open the tub and find two nice new water supply hoses. Second load - I decided to toss my dirty socks in that I was wearing. Lid wasn't locked yet. This action brought up the dreaded "Ed" to the display. Could not clear it. Had to go online and do a Google search because there was nothing for this in the manual. Google suggested I unplug it, then plug it back in. Eco anything sucks - even when selecting extra rinse the tub has the disgusting green fabric softener drizzle all down the sides. It's necessary to WIPE THE TUB before doing your next load. Bottom line - I'd take my Whirlpool back in a heartbeat. Oh, I almost forgot - these two appliances are so skinny I now have three new giant cracks to lose kid's socks and ping pong balls.
