Not what I thought the machine would do

I owned a Speed Queen some years back and was very happy with it, but we bought one 2 months ago and it doesn't get some of our clothes clean-even with extra rinses
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Speed Queen is the only brand I would ever recommend or buy! At my age, I believe my machines will outlive me so probably won’t have to buy another machine.

Worst purchase of my lifetime!

We have had many washing machines over the years made by different manufacturers. We did a lot of online research and spoke with some trusted friends and family. Speed Queen kept coming up in conversations for the best quality “commercial style” washers for residential use on the market. Well they are most certainly not. We haven’t been happy with the purchase from day one. The washer has never been up to expectations. It simply does not do a good job, period. Twenty years ago we had a bottom of the line stackable unit in our apartment made by GE that did twice the job of this junk. In our 1st home we had a GE Profile front loader that did a tremendous job. We heard such great things about Speed Queen we purchased a washer dryer combo, and have regretted it ever since. We have a whirlpool stackable at our lake house that cleans better than the Speed Queen. I wouldn’t suggest anyone ever waist their money on these machines.

Worst Ever

Definitely not user friendly. I can’t find one thing good about it other than the capacity. I wish I could throw it into the Grand Canyon. There isn’t enough room here for me to list all the problems I have with it. The worst is the softener dispenser. Constantly leaks even though a repair man was here to fix it. 7 steps to clean it out once a week when I only use it three or four times, and only use half the recommended softener? Worst appliance I have ever owned in my life. Maytag was always the best.

Very disappointing washer

Told not to use Normal ECO button. Use Perma Press for regular wash.
Adding detergent BEFORE clothes is a first. Washer takes twice as long as all of my previous washers. This washer (Model TR7003WN) is very loud.
