My machine basically functions well. I was unhappy that I didn't get a book of instructions at the time of delivery and had to request one. The soap is dispensed differently than any machine I have owned. Even after I received the book I had to go back to the sales man to find out where I was supose to put it. I had incorrectly put it in the fabric softener dispenser. My other wish is that the signa; for ending the cycle was much louder . Unless I am standing right by the machine i do not hear it, unlike every other applicance I own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello, and thank you for reaching out. The Signal volume can be adjusted for the TR7 top load washer. Pressing the Signal keypad will change the end of cycle signal volume. There are four settings: Off, Low, Medium, High. Hope this helps!

Does a superior job of cleaning

I don't use the "Eco" cycles, but rather select special cycles for each load. Everything comes out really clean. This machine is made in the USA and does a truly superior job. I'm very happy with it - well worth the extra $$$!

If you have not already done so, please contact the dealer that you purchased from to schedule service to have the unit inspected. If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/
You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us

The jury’s still out

I’m having trouble adjusting to this new machine. I’m particularly unhappy that the “normal” cycle is only “ECO” normal, meaning the rinse cycle is just water sprayed on the clothing or towels, etc to remove the detergent. I do not feel that’s adequate to thoroughly remove the soap residue.To get around that I’m having to use a permanent press or heavy duty cycle for everything. I also like to be in control of my water levels which isn’t possible on all settings. I’m very disappointed in how restrictive the pre-set settings are. I can say that it’s a quieter machine and seems well built and sturdy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very heavy duty & quiet! I also love the full size agitation as my mother in law had trouble with a low one as it was wrecking her clothes. Superior performance so far!

I just want a washer that washes clothes…And I finally found one. Who knew that a brand I never heard of was out there making the best washers in existence? No commercials? No screaming? Just a great washer.

Love the agitator! The spin cycle truly gets the most water out of towels, jeans, and clothes in general. None of the competitors machines I have owned compare.
