Worst washer we have ever owned!!!

We were in the market for a new washing machine and these came highly recommended. So far we are VERY unsatisfied!! We have always washed our kids shoes in the washer and the first pair we washed, came out just like they went in. We washed them 3 times (with towels thinking it would help scrub, & by themselves) after the 3rd time I wiped them off with a paper towel and the paper towel was wiping the dirt off. We called the guy who we purchased from and he wasn’t much help. He referred me to a repair guy who still won’t return my call. For the price we were expecting great results and we feel we only have an expensive water consuming boat anchor at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine can delivered damaged and on first us we had issues on the spin cycle. Part Broken

Brand new dryer needs serviced already

My machine basically functions well. I was unhappy that I didn't get a book of instructions at the time of delivery and had to request one. The soap is dispensed differently than any machine I have owned. Even after I received the book I had to go back to the sales man to find out where I was supose to put it. I had incorrectly put it in the fabric softener dispenser. My other wish is that the signa; for ending the cycle was much louder . Unless I am standing right by the machine i do not hear it, unlike every other applicance I own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello, and thank you for reaching out. The Signal volume can be adjusted for the TR7 top load washer. Pressing the Signal keypad will change the end of cycle signal volume. There are four settings: Off, Low, Medium, High. Hope this helps!

Does a superior job of cleaning

I don't use the "Eco" cycles, but rather select special cycles for each load. Everything comes out really clean. This machine is made in the USA and does a truly superior job. I'm very happy with it - well worth the extra $$$!

If you have not already done so, please contact the dealer that you purchased from to schedule service to have the unit inspected. If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/
You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us

The jury’s still out

I’m having trouble adjusting to this new machine. I’m particularly unhappy that the “normal” cycle is only “ECO” normal, meaning the rinse cycle is just water sprayed on the clothing or towels, etc to remove the detergent. I do not feel that’s adequate to thoroughly remove the soap residue.To get around that I’m having to use a permanent press or heavy duty cycle for everything. I also like to be in control of my water levels which isn’t possible on all settings. I’m very disappointed in how restrictive the pre-set settings are. I can say that it’s a quieter machine and seems well built and sturdy.
