My wife is thrilled over this product. The previous washer we had w/o an agitator was terrible and did not clean properly. It crashed and burned within two years and luckily we bought the extended warranty. This machine is quiet and cleans like no other washer we have had. It has lived up to everything I heard and read about this product. I am now hoping it will last longer than the last three washers we owned which averaged a little over two years each... From what we have seen so far this is well worth the $$$$.

Talked into spending the higher dollars for this washer. It doesn't clean as well as prior Whirlpool. Also leaves soap residue on clothes requiring second wash. Not impressed but i guess we are committed for the long haul at this point.

Best washer ever! It actually fills with enough water and gets the laundry clean like no other washer. I do a lot of laundry and love this machine. I purchased the commercial grade washer for my home and couldn't be happier. The whites come out much better with the extra water and agitator.

This TR7 is amazing. We have been through numerous washing machines in the past 10 years. None come close to the performance the Speed Queen gives. Our clothes are the cleanest they have ever been after washing them in the TR7. And my Wife loves it!! Thanks Speed Queen!

I am finally getting used to the washing machine which I purchased in Nov. of 2019. The number one thing I do not like is the operating manual. Who wrote it? I got online and downloaded the manual to make sure I was using the controls properly. What a confusing bunch of instructions! I don't care how many minutes the rinse, spin, wash takes. I want to know what cycle I can wash my clothes in after they are sorted. A simple diagram of what cycle to wash towels, colors, whites, sheets, etc. in would be great. I have scoured the whole document to find which cycle to use for towels, sheets, whites, etc. The special cycles are just as bad. Just simply tell us what to wash our different types of laundry on.
I was told to wash most everything on permanent press. Ha! Not everything is permanent press.
However, now that I have vented, the machine itself is great. It works well.

Dryer did not work at install -

I was very excited to get the speed queen washer and dryer. The dryer did not work. Finding repair service in this area and getting them to my house was a nightmare and MY ISSUE. Everything works now and I am pleased. But I expected better after paying 3K for the set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer bangs off and on throughout the cycles, and the stainless steel on the dryer etched when the clothes were in the bottom.

Worst Washing Machine I’ve Ever Bought

All my clothes have huge gray stains! Constantly errors out. Doesn’t clean clothes very well when it does run. The worst washing machine I’ve ever bought. Big mistake buying this one.
