I Was Worried...

Would it clean? We got the TR7003WN and have had it for about a month. We have 5 kids and run the washer like a rented mule. My son works landscaping and comes home filthy. I had read concerns about the machines being well built but not cleaning that great and where the 'Eco Wash' was a total bust for us (dirt still in pants) the 'Heavy Duty' setting cleans like a total boss! It washes even better than our old machine with the agitator we were sad to replace. Combined with the warranty makes us very happy. Also blankets fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Error code after 21 months

I bought this machine in May of 2022 and had no issues until last month when it would give off an error code and beep after completion of each washing. Today they replaced the mother board and lid lock. I'm thankful for the 7 year warrant. I just wish they would go back to manual knobs and leave out the computer stuff.

It’s a pleasure missing since my old laundry days

I’d almost given up on finding a washing machine like I had in the good old days. Laundry is a pleasure that I now look forward to with this SQ washer! Hot water selection is hot water. The tub always fills up with plenty of water. I had to “baby sit” the LG that I had. Also hate the water hose spray rinse the new washers have instead of a real tub rinse this SQ has. With this SQ I set the settings, start the washer and don’t check on it until I hear the finish buzzer. My previous washer didn’t have an agitator and it tied my clothes into knots. This SQ has an agitator and the tub appears smaller but I wash 8 pairs of jeans or a weeks worth of towels easily. I’ve had them for 6 weeks, but so far my only complaint is that I didn’t purchase them sooner. I’m looking forward to many happy years of laundry day.

Very disappointing washer

Told not to use Normal ECO button. Use Perma Press for regular wash. Adding detergent BEFORE clothes is a first. Washer takes twice as long as all of my previous washers. This washer (Model TR7003WN) is very loud.

We appreciate hearing about your experience, but we're disheartened to learn it hasn't been satisfactory. The Normal/ECO cycle is available to use on your washer, but it does perform a little differently than the other displayed cycles by conserving water and energy. We understand there may be some concern over the sounds the washer is making during the cycle. If so, please connect with our Customer Support at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time) for further assistance.
Disgusted & Extremely UNHAPPY! Doesn’t rinse & spin water the soap/softener out. Tried everything possible bc it was “my fault” for not using the right settings, too much soap/softener, too big of a load, etc. every excuse has been my fault yet the same problems with the 2nd machine as well. Half the clothes are ringing wet & the other half is fine. Heavy duty is the only setting I can use. Not good for delicate items. COUNTLESS things have been ruined & had to throw away. TWO wash machine in 2 years with same problems, obviously not good quality machines. Can only use ONE setting & it still leave soap/softener film in the bottom of the washer. Dryer has had nearly every component, motherboard, heating element replaced within the 1st year. VERY UNHAPPY & DISGUSTED with this set and will NEVER buy anything Speed Queen again. Would not recommend this brand to anyone. I just want my money back & go to the laundromat! I would give Speed Queen ZERO stars bc it doesn’t deserve one.

This machine requires a constant review of the manual to understand how each cycle works, which one allows for a fabric softener and which does not. The detergent and any non chlorine bleach cleaners need to be added before clothing to ensure proper dilution and no spotting on clothing. The fabric softener is added to the center holder but must be diluted with water. This is “supposed” to ensure proper distribution and no spotting. More times than not my clothes are spotted or there is a “big glob” of softener in the bottom of the tub when I remove the clothes at the end of the cycle. That means reloading the clothes and using the rinse and spin cycle. This does not make for a “Energy Saving” machine. The agitator arm is very hard on items. I have clothes needing ironing that never did before. I would return it if I could.
