Washer creating holes in clothing

We had the washer less than 30 days and we noticed small holes in clothing. One day the washer created a huge hole in a new washcloth. No fix yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 2 1/2 years of headaches with my Maytag upright impeller washer, I find doing my laundry a joy again. I absolutely love that Speed Queen gives ME the control over my machine and that it is an agitator that allows me to control the water level. No more wasted water ( the Maytag wasted soooooo much water by automatically emptying after 10 minutes if I stopped the cycle....it was maddening!)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved it, then it died on day 8

Chose the TR7 washer for it's features, recommendations from family, reputation and warranty. Was thrilled with how it worked. Then, on day 8 of ownership and less than 10 loads of wash, it died. Customer Service was helpful in determining that the displayed error code indicated a short in the control board. Dealer won't consider a replacement machine. Minimum of 2 weeks to get a new board from an authorized repair shop. Needless to say, extremely unhappy.

On the first load, this washing machine leaked water resulting in an immediate service call making me question the reliability of these machines. It's now my preference to return the washer/dryer combination that I purchased, but now I'm stuck with them.
This washer does not clean as well as my old washing machine. I often have to wash clothes 2-3 times to remove dirt and spots even when I have used a pre-spot product.

Highly disappointed

After 5 months this top of the line washer will only work if we unplug and reset it EVERYTIME!! Co ti ups error code flashing. Have to keep it unplugged 80% of tge time if we want it to work: 1500.00 washer…unreal…

If you have not already done so, please contact the dealer that you purchased from to schedule service to have the unit inspected. If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/ You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us.

Extremely disappointed

My wife and I are extremely disappointed with our Speed Queen TR7003WN washer due to the fact that it does not have the washing ability of the manual models that we previously and proudly owned. The clothes just slowly slosh back and forth much like the HE models that lesser brands commonly offer.

Broke the first day!

I really was excited to get this washer. It worked great for 2 loads, but then would not work on cold water. I called the customer service number and they gave me the number of a repair person close by. The repairman came out and found it to be the main electronic board on the washer. They have it ordered and will come and fix it tomorrow. I don't know how to really give an honest review as they have been responsive to my issues, but makes me worry if this will be a constant issue of breaking down. So for now it is a guarded review.
