We recommend that if this continues to occur, that you request technical service from your local retailer in order to confirm that there are no technical issues with the machine. However, we can provide tips on avoiding undissolved fabric softener: Fabric softener dissolves best in hot or warm temperatures and with a sufficient amount of water. If using the Normal Eco Cycle, please utilize the Extra Rinse option if using fabric softener. Doesn’t Clean clothes well.

We bought our speed queen washer and dryer and for the first 3-4 month the washing machine worked perfectly. Then all of sudden it won’t clean the the clothes. We follow the manual and have tried several detergents. We aren't pleased after the investment we made. Two technicians have been out with zero correction.

Thought I purchased the top rated washer

I had the washer since Dec 2022 and by March 2023 the washer was dead! System board needed replaced. So then I was out three week’s waiting for the part. I hope things change going forward.

Extremely disappointed with new Speed Queen washer

We are extremely disappointed with our purchase of a new Speeq Queen washer TR7003WN, especially since we only had good experience in the past. Washer does not wask clothes as well as the classis model, TC5.

Love this set!

We just purchased this set and had it installed yesterday. I have washed all sorts of things including a load of towels, a load of my husband's filthy work clothes, queen sized sheets, queen sized blankets, a queen sized comforter (which fit beautifully in the machine) and the machine worked perfectly. Everything is clean, smells good, and the dryer dried perfectly. Yes, I know this isn't like the old machines, but I find the performance of this machine to be excellent so far. I am extremely satisfied and very confident we made the right choice with our purchase.
