Doesn’t Clean clothes well.

We bought our speed queen washer and dryer and for the first 3-4 month the washing machine worked perfectly. Then all of sudden it won’t clean the the clothes. We follow the manual and have tried several detergents. We aren't pleased after the investment we made. Two technicians have been out with zero correction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thought I purchased the top rated washer

I had the washer since Dec 2022 and by March 2023 the washer was dead! System board needed replaced. So then I was out three week’s waiting for the part. I hope things change going forward.

Threw my front loaders in the dumpster!!! Nothing compares to the Speed Queen! You don’t know what your missing if you don’t have a Speed Queen!!!

Does not clean heavily soiled clothes very well

Very disappointed. We spent the extra money to get the better model and it does not perform well.

Extremely disappointed with new Speed Queen washer

We are extremely disappointed with our purchase of a new Speeq Queen washer TR7003WN, especially since we only had good experience in the past. Washer does not wask clothes as well as the classis model, TC5.

Love this set!

We just purchased this set and had it installed yesterday. I have washed all sorts of things including a load of towels, a load of my husband's filthy work clothes, queen sized sheets, queen sized blankets, a queen sized comforter (which fit beautifully in the machine) and the machine worked perfectly. Everything is clean, smells good, and the dryer dried perfectly. Yes, I know this isn't like the old machines, but I find the performance of this machine to be excellent so far. I am extremely satisfied and very confident we made the right choice with our purchase.

Disappointed with my third Speed Queen washer

This is my third top of the line Speed Queen washer. The first two were so wonderful that they became a point of negotiation when I sold my houses. I purchased the top of the line washer to replace a (top of the line, electronic) Fisher Paykel that had failed. This new washer does not spin the clothes dry like the Fisher Paykel. And yes, I did read the manual thoroughly. The dealer did not bother giving any pointers. I am upset as I paid top dollar for a top machine and did not get it.
