A perfect washing system for me!

After owning both front loaders and HE top loaders that disappointed with long cycle times and out of balance loads.... I finally have the answer to my washing woes. This TR7 has been a wonderful washing machine! The most important issue for me was finding a suspension system that was substantial enough not to get out of balance, vibrate and/or try to rebalance for over an hour. (And I always kept my past machines level and did not overload them.)
Yes, for me it does use more water and has added about 10 mins average drying time to my loads compared to a past front loader, but a small price to pay in my book.
I wish I had purchased a Speed Queen earlier!

After using the washer for two weeks, the lid lock failed with a load of laundry in it. Took six days to get a service man out there to find out that the plug that connected the switch for the lid lock had vibrated loose. The unit functions well although I’m waiting for something else to break because of that Early failure. I’m not sure about their design as far as wiring, harness and quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have top loaders my entire adult life until 2020 when I moved and tried front-loaders. Hated them! I am so pleased with my Speed Queens a by far the best I’ve owned. Very quiet (for a washer) spin is still spin, but the soak feature is the absolute best. We live in a farm and my husband is always covered in mud and other nasty stuff. I’m able to soak his clothes overnight - literally did 11hrs first run, and his clothes which have been dingy from the front loaders for years now look almost new! Best decision hands down on buying these. If you do a lot of laundry or have anyone hard on their clothes, look no further - these are simply the best!

Love, love, love this machine!
I went from a Maytag front load machine to the TR7. It’s amazing how much cleaner and fresh smelling my clothes are. The wash cycles are so quick, I can get my laundry done in half the time as before.
