I had a Samsung with continuous out of balance problems. Finally gave up and scrapped the machine and bought the Speed Queen!! Should have done this years ago!

This washer is fast, quiet, and most importantly, gets our clothes clean! Our old washer was an LG and we got 12 years out of it which was great. What’s not great is that we had no idea how not clean our clothes were until we washed our first load in the Speedqueen. There was a massive difference! The Speedqueen was worth every penny!

Love this washer! So many settings with the ability to adjust. We really appreciate that you can unlock and add more if needed. Makes laundry easy. The only negative we read about before buying was that the capacity was small....we beg to differ. SQ seems the same capacity as my old school washer. We're able to wash king sheet sets with no problem. If you put on "bulky" the washer doesn't walk away from you.....LOL. When we initially were looking to buy, we hoped these were offered in grey/silver, but still happy with the classic white look! Would recommend buying for sure.

Better than Maytag!!

I’ve been using washing machines for 40+ years and this
machine has far exceeded my expectations. Has multiple selections for all types of fabrics. Since I’m an allergy patient my clothes MUST be rinsed thoroughly.
Love the “warm/warm” wash and rinse, and when I need a “full” load to wash this thing actually fills completely with water. I’ve also noticed that after I add a few more items during a low or medium load, this lovely appliance will actually add a bit more water!!
I only have 1 regret with this excellent appliance, IT WON’T FIT IN MY TORNADO SHELTER!!! Lol

Best Washing Machine I've Ever Owned

Best. Period.
Pros: works perfectly every time so far. Lots of options on the control screen, which is especially important to me. My whites have a special cycle (it took me a little while where to go for this, as it's in a special setting, P5). I can set them on that cycle, and just for added cleaning, I can add both a soaking and a prewash to this. It still takes less time than my previous washing machine, which used an impeller rather than an agitator, and by definition took much longer. This machine cleans better, which was a surprise to me.
Con: it takes more than a month right now to get a machine delivered, as the company is backed up in orders. I'm still waiting on my dryer, which has taken so far over 5 weeks. This backlog won't last forever, but it's only going to get worse in the near-term, due to problems with OTHER, non-American companies getting THEIR machines made/delivered from overseas.
BTW, any review that FORCES me to answer every question, without an optout, will automatically get some incorrect answers!

Awesome Washer

I love this machine. I have owned it for a year and a half. It has so many options to choose from. I have always been able to select the appropriate cycle, water level, temperature, soil level, etc. no matter what I need to launder. My clothes are always clean. I have never been dissatisfied with the performance of the machine. The quality of the machine is great. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.
