We have clean clothes again! We don't need to presoak and rewash anymore to have clean clothes and the Speed Queen washes in 30 minutes. It has never went off balance yet.

I've had them for 2 months now. (Washer and Dryer) They both clean and dry very good. I've used many of the settings and all seem to do as they say. I have 2 dogs ans do lots of bulky items. I ike the fact it brings up your last used cycle when you turn it on. I purchased them for the long warranty and commercial strength so hopefully my review is still true several years from now.

I am VERY unpleased with both. Can’t use downy in the washer it leaks out after the wash, only way the dryer will actually dry is to use time dry. Both are very noisy! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

However, we can provide tips on avoiding undissolved fabric softener/detergent: Detergent should be placed directly in the washtub prior to loading clothing articles in an effort to achieve optimal wash performance. Concentrated products such as high efficiency detergents and fabric softener dissolve best in hot or warm temperatures and with a sufficient amount of water. I can't write a good review at this time. We are not completely satisfied with the washer. Probably because we requested a paper manual on how to operate it and know what all the settings do. When I registered I requested a manual. Purchased Aug. 4 and have still not received it.

I bought a Speed Queen washer TR7003Wn and a dryer DR7000WE in August of 2020. I like the dryer, however, I don't think the washer agitates strongly enough to clean my clothes efficiently. I bought this set because I could choose my water level but I am a little disappointed in the agitation.

We love that the washer is made in America and has such an unbeatable warranty that even includes the electronics. The special preset cycles make a noticeable difference on all the fabric types. Our clothes take less time in the dryer and come out looking brighter.

We had it a month and the latch broke. Wouldn’t do anything. Still haven’t heard from the warranty company on the part and it’s been a 3 weeks. So upsetting spending that much and one month having issues. The fabric softener also was still goopy in the bottom after I diluted it and tried different wash settings. Had to re wash clothes multiple times.
