I love my new washer! It does a great job cleaning my clothes. Well made and love that it does not get out of balance when washing a load of laundry. I highly recommend this washer and like that it America made.

Slightly Disappointed

We were so excited for this machine because of all the hype... We have already had issues. A loud squealing sound and an overheating error message (ERR 65) within the first 2 weeks of owning this brand new unit. It cleans clothes well, but it's not flawless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Er bS code is related to the board, and we recommend disconnecting power for 15-30 minutes to reset everything before reconnecting power. However, since you've noticed this odd sound as well, we would like to further investiage. For assistance with your washing machine, please contact us at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time) when you can.

Best washer I ever owned

The Speed Queen is the most efficient, top of the line washer. It is worth every dollar we paid for it. We have not had any issues with it. Our clothes come out perfectly clean.

Have been using this washer for one month and am liking’s it a lot. It is simple to use, does a good job of getting clothing clean. The cycles are a reasonable time instead of 1-2 hours. It is not as quiet as some I’ve had.
I would recommend this to a friend!
