It’s only been a month. During this last month, I have had to research how to get my clothes clean. The guide says every day cleaning use eco/normal so I was. However things weren’t always getting clean. I had to research this and I was told to use bulky setting and large load to get enough water etc.. I still don’t feel like they are as clean as they should be yet so now I’m
Playing with detergent amounts too. Ugh. SQ came so highly recommended I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult but I’ve heard such good things that I think it’s worth trying to figure it out. They are more expensive and rumor has it they last forever. I just wish there there was easy info on it and I didn’t have to seek out forums to figure it out. I’m hoping in another couple of months I’ll be able to upgrade this rating.

Love my new Clothes Washer

Believe it or not, I had my old washer for 33 years and was heartbroken when a replacement part for the timer could not be found.
My husband did extensive research on new washers and found the Speed Queen. I love the top load, the way it agitates, and all of the different settings. I have had it for about 6 weeks and wouldn’t trade it for any other brand. It comes with a seven year warranty and others have told us any other brand would only last 3-4 years. You can’t go wrong with Speed Queen!!

Product is not all it could be. Some of the paid for washing selections not user friendly and not recommended to be used to wash effectly. Why pay for a washer with all these wash cycles that can't be used ? Really ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

By following Speed Queen instructions I have cleanest laundry I've ever experienced! This means I do smaller loads properly sorted which usually adds about 2 extra loads a week! The hand wash cycle is a huge bonus, eliminating the extra time and work of hand washing items. The machine is silent, it does not shake or shudder during spin cycle it's a flawless machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great machine but it has stopped working for me after 4 years.
Hopefully after being without a washer for a month the repair company will be able to fix it soon after trying twice. My last washer lasted for 20 years without any problems.

The best washer

Love my washer. Get everything clean. What I don’t like is warranty repair. I’ve waited four weeks for someone speed queen assigned to come out and still no one has contacted us. Called purchasing store got a name and he was here in a couple of days. We are back up and running.

Incredible difference in performance

We initially bought a GE Profile washer to replace our 14+ year old Samsung front loader which was getting very loud. The cost of repairs were unreasonable when compared to the price of new washers. The new GE malfunctioned the day after delivery!
We decided to bite the bullet $ and buy a Speed Queen because we were tired of wasting money on more potential problems. We still have a 30+ year old Kenmore in a rental unit that just never quits!
We are extremely pleased with the Speed Queen because not only is it quiet it’s efficient. Our laundered clothes are noticeably cleaner! Is that because they are designed to wash clothes better and don’t empathize water efficiently.
I think so. Washing clothing twice is not efficient. We don’t need to save water with millions of gallons of fresh water flowing behind our home.
