It amazes me how many unhappy, disgruntled people there are out there and how many seriously negative reviews there are for every washing machine on the market…EXCEPT SPEED QUEEN! People! You don’t have to settle for “government issued” washing machines! Get a SPEED QUEEN! You have full control of water level, water temperature, choice of soak cycle, quality workmanship and ph, so much more! Please, Speed Queen…Don’t ever change!! You are the only washing machine company doing things right. Best money I ever spent and I am SO HAPPY with my Speed Queen. Go getcha one!!

Best washer I’v had since 1984 when my Norge broke. Clothing is clean and smells great. The numerous settings make it easy to do any type of task from gentlest to roughest wash. I can wash everything from carpets or bedding to lingerie or jeans without worry of them not washing properly or being ruined. Wish I had bought a speed queen 3 washers ago.

I am super happy my 5 year old high end GE washer broke! The technician suggested the Speed Queen, and I am thankful! If you want a quiet machine, this is not for you, but if you want clean clothes, this is for you. You can FILL the drum with clothes and they all come out clean! With the GE washer I could never! So happy with my purchase. You can’t beat the warranty! Thank you! Waiting for my drier to break :)

I have owned my Speed Queen TR7 for nearly six months now. I chose it, because Speed Queen is in most laundromats all over America (I know, because I used to travel a lot). I have been 110% happy with this washing machine. The choices the machine gives, makes each wash wonderful. I can choose to have more water, or less, and can let the machine decide also. If I do choose "auto" the machine will put in enough water, and if there is not enough, I hear the machine add more on its own. Perfect! Also, if I have a large load, I can add another 10 minutes to the spin whenever I want, if I so choose. There is a button where I can add my "favorite selection". This machine is SO quiet; another reason why I love it. I've had three other brands in my lifetime so far, and this Speed Queen has outdone them all. I am also thrilled I purchased a "Made in U.S.A." product, which I try to do as much as possible to support my own Country. I am very happy to have this Speed Queen, and if I live longer than this machine does; I will be purchasing another one in another decade or two. I did read about their longevity and how this Company makes their machines dependable. (Note their warranty). I highly recommend a Speed Queen product. Thank you for the opportunity to brag about my washing machine.

We were a little hesitant because the capacity seemed a little small. The capacity is no problem at all!! The performance of this machine is well beyond anything I have used over the last 15yrs. Clothes are super clean and fresh. We can do 2.5-3 loads in the time it take a front loader to do one. Highly recommend this product, worth every dime.

I love my new speed queen washer and dryer. You need water to clean clothes...and this machine delivers...and with much shorter wash times. I only use fragrance free products and after running my first load of towels they came out fluffy, fresh and smelling clean. After years of front loader use I had forgotten what that smelled like! I think the rise of all the “scent boosters” and heavily scented detergent pods are to cover up the smells of the clothes that are not getting clean. I love the soak and pre-wash options for my kids school clothes which are heavily soiled. It is built like a tank but relatively quiet. My parents and my sister both got them as well and I am recommending them to everyone who asks. So glad I found these!

This is a fun machine to use if that's possible for a washer! Guess because I'm a guy that does the family laundry, I like to say that i enjoy the electronics of it. The big thing is I just love the "minutes remaining" on the control panel. Compared to my previous washer, a very good washer that lasted almost 20 years, this machine just "feels" solid and well built compared to my previous machine.
Overall, it is quiet except for the rinse cycle which is a bit loud, but it's not a long cycle. A few weird things, one is after it completes the wash, the minutes remaining remains lit with '0' on it for a number of minutes after it completes. The other is that it doesn't make a 'buzzing' noise when it completes. I can not recall a washer that i owned that wouldn't buzz when it completes. So it drives me crazy, but can't change it. Another thing is i wish they would do is include a more complete manual. I will have to print it and will do it. These four page quick use sheets don't do it for me. Surely, a machine that is not inexpensive, but you usually get what you pay for. Brought it from a small appliance place that did a nice job and was easy to work with. Nothing against big box places, but like the personal touches of a small family place.
