love this product. extremely quiet, lots of choices to help me conserve energy. easy to use even for those of us who are not as savvy using technology. The matching dryer is as easy to operate as the washer.

This machine is the best I have found in the market. The build is excellent and the unit gives you the water level you want. What a concept!!! Sound level is very low compared to the others like GE, Whirlpool, Maytag etc. Consumer report showed its bias in reviewing this machine. It is more expensive but I believe it will outlast all the others plus the warranty far exceeds what the other manufacturers give. A+++++

Cleans real Well

Havnt had it to long but so far it has done well, cloths come out smelling really good never noticed that before with my old GE, Fairly quite machine has stayed planted hasn't gotten off balance to make it walk across the floor. I had to get water arrestors for the valves, it was causing water hammer on my pipes when the machine would quit filling, this had never happened with the two previous machines that had been in this house. Only been using it on Bulky and Heavy Duty, had tryed the other P settings. Wish it a had a 'causal " selection from what Ive seen I dont see much call for the P selections at least for my family. But over all very pleased .

TR7 is the way to go!

Initially, we were focused on purchasing the Tc5, but the salesman said the TR7 has more bells and whistles and a 7 year warranty. Speed Queen doesn’t make analog machines (TC5 might look that way, but isn’t). Both machines have the circuit board placed in the exact place, down in the lower left front panel area. We decided to get TR7 and have been extremely happy with its performance.
