Just like they used to make them - built to last!

Our previous washing machine failed after just 5.5 years. After doing some research and talking to friends with a Speed Queen, we made the leap of faith and aren't looking back! Impressed by overall quality, quiet and most importantly clean clothes in a simplistic and reliable design that is surely built to last given the built-in 7 year warranty. Thank you Speed Queen!

I had to replace my 24 year old Maytag set and thought I was getting the most comparable set with the Speed Queen TR7. I could not have been more wrong. My clothes do not get clean. They are still soiled no matter what setting I choose. I’ve given it a full year and now I am looking for a replacement. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Speed Queen product. If you have not already done so, please contact the dealer that you purchased from to schedule service to have the unit inspected. If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/
You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us.

Very pleased with my new washer/dryer. First time I purchased a machine that is not a Maytag.Been a Maytag owner for close to 50 yrs. and am amazed at how well the speed queen performs.

I’ve had the machine about a month now and am very pleased so far. I bought s Speed Queen because of the durability I was promised. I usually go with a simpler machine, less cycles but opted to go with this one and am finding I like the options. I have used several of the special cycles and especially like being able to override the default choices when picking a cycle and the machine remembers it next time I select the same cycle. Also this machine is quieter than any other machine I’ve owned.

We’ve had Speed Queens in the family however our newly built home came with GE appliances. After a few years of problems and poor support by GE we discarded them and bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer. Most important Speed Queens are made in the USA and we need to by more items made here.
