This machine runs very quiet, has multiple options for cycle and water temp, and gets the clothes clean without damage

This is a beautiful and amazing machine. I see the workmanship. It's simple, easy to use, quality parts, it's solid performance. I like the black and white operating board, the green light display, easy to choose functions, customizable, the time remaining window. It looks modern and classy. Ultimately the performance and enjoyment of using this machine is satisfying. I had just previously purchased another top brand model only to return within 2 months. I was lacking satisfaction in many areas. Many of other models I shopped for were similar, the designs and workmanship were gimmicky and lackluster. I did spend almost double for this machine. I am glad that I did. One of the best purchases I've made for an item in my life. Yes it's true, one of the best.

Finally after 5 months a washer that works

I am in love with the final washer I now have. It took me months to get a washer that truly works. I purchased the model below this one and immediately had to have it repaired. Three different companies were involved in helping me get a washer that actually works. It was finally decided that it was a design flaw in the machine and 90% of that model have or will have trouble. I finally rec'd a refund but had to have the washer removed from my residence myself. I was told to put it out on the curb and someone would take it. RIGHT!!!!!!!!. I do not live in that type of neighborhood, three are strict rules here. So now I have no washer but a dryer. Since I ordered both a washer and a dryer I no longer had a matching set. SOOOOOOOOOOO I sold a brand new dryer less than 2 months old for 1/2 price. I purchased the next model up (a matching set) at more cost than I wanted to pay. Finally after 5 months I have a washer and dryer that work (let's not talk about the inconvenience of using other friends washer/dryer or washing items out in the sink.). I was told to go to a laundromat. Would you want to go to the HOOD in Baltimore to do your laundry? Maybe one of the problems I experienced was NO instruction manual was included in the machines when purchased them. It took 6 to 8 months to receive a manual from the company. I did not want to print a copy from the internet Would you want to print unnecessarily 78 pages in different languages to see how to work the machines you just spent close to $2000.00 on.
