Excellent machine

I have only had this machine a few weeks but I can say I'm already impressed with it. It is easy to use and the clothes come out nice and clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Supposed to be best machine in the market

I purchased my machine in July and it broke the same month. I have to wait days for a repairman to come out. Considering the price of the machine and how it came highly recommended by the person in the store, I am very dissatisfied. I really can’t rate the machine because it hasn’t worked long enough. It’s out right now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Speed Queen for the win!

We had another commercial washer that broke down twice in the four years we owned it. The other brand never washed our clothes well and in fact there had been times where some of the clothes in the washer on the top of the pile never even got wet! After the second computer board died the appliance store offered us a credit towards the washer of our choice. Without hesitation we went to the Speed Queens. I wish we would’ve just bought the Speed Queen to begin with. We love our TR7! It’s fast, quiet. And cleans our cloths like no other. We are proud to own a great product that is proudly made in the USA! Thank you Speed Queen!

Laundry is finally enjoyable!

I'm really enjoying my new TR7! My previous two washing machines were high efficiency (HE), low water units without agitators. One of them constantly destroyed my clothes because it used very little water and beat the clothes to death on the wash plate. After my second HE machine finally died after seven years, I promised myself that I was never going to get another low water washer again! After all, water is cheap, clothes are not. After a lot of research, I decided to buy a TR7 and I'm glad I did. I actually look forward to doing laundry now because of the freedom that this new machine gives me. I get to choose the basic cycle type, and make adjustments as I want. I get to set the water level, and can fill the tub all the way to the top if I need to. I finally feel like I'm in control of my laundry again. Probably the most surprising feature of this new machine is how quiet it is during the wash cycle. Plus, when it drains and spins, the heavy TR7 stays rock solid on the outside. I am looking forward to using this washer for a long time!

Great machine

Machine basket is smaller than what I had previously, but as a result should be out of balance less frequently. The quietness of the machine amazes me. One hardly knows that it is running. Electronic controls provide a myriad of selections for those who like that freedom. In reality, one ends up using only a very few of those choices. At this point, I would definitely buy the machine again.

It is super quiet, seems to clean well and I love all the different choices you have for types of clothing and water temperatures. It’s easy to use even for us old folks.
