Less time spent doing laundry

Handles whatever size load I have. I may have purchased a different model, if I had realized that the detergent needs to be added prior to adding the laundry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Saddened by major breakdown just 9 months after pi

9 months to receive adhere ordered and only 9 mo that of use before washer broke. They can’t even tell me how long it will be until the part can arrive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Speed Queen product. We are in unprecedented times with the pandemic and it is causing havoc on our supply chain and labor pool. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of component suppliers that are out or short of components themselves. It’s a global issue, but trust we are doing everything we can to keep product flowing as quickly as possible.
Servicers order parts through distributors, not direct from us. Your servicer will need to follow up with the distributor they have ordered the parts through. If the distributor does not have the part(s) in stock and placed an order with us, the servicer will need to get that order number from their distributor. We can only view orders that have been placed with us by distributors.

Probably a Mistake

Had expected this product to preform as well or better than the 5 yr old Samsung unit it replaced. Surprised at how noisy itbis and more difficukt to determine proper cycle
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My clothes have never been so clean!

I love this washer. Has a nice large capacity, is quiet, has a lot of features and cycle options. One of the best things about it is how clean the clothes come out feeling, looking, and smelling compared to my old washer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The day it arrived I had to call for a service due to a faulty lid on washing machine. Thus far washes well. Only had it for a month

It was love at first sight, for 9 days....

We love the machine, but didn't expect to have it stop working after only 9 days of owning it. I took away one star for this.. I will have to say that a repairman came in within 24 hours and had us back in business the next day. The pump was bad and the machine wouldn't drain. After replacing it, we have had no issues!
I would recommend this to a friend!

More than expcted

I was somewhat wherry of a top load washer, as I become much more aware of the options, and all this machine will do I no longer have any worries.
One of my concerns was how to achieve a reduced spin speed, Using the delicate cycle my items are wrinkle free ready to hang or lightly dry. This washer spins better than any washer I've ever owned.
This is a very large capacity washer with just two people, and it allows me to do the smaller loads without wasting water. (I live in the desert) I also have a pool so washing large towels are something I wash weekly in the summer.
The 7-year warranty was huge factor in the purchase as well.

I love this machine !! yesterday at work several people told me how much they loved my new lunchbox. I said it was not new that i had washed it in my new machine under handwash and that I had it for3 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
