After trying Front Load and Top Load HE Machines clothes never seemed clean and or fresh. Our Front Load machine did use little water, but it took over 2 hours for a large load of laundry. After our Front Loader died, I was researching washers and read reviews for the SPEED QUEEN. I was impressed with the warranty and that it was made in America. With Covid it's been very hard to get appliances and I was shocked to see the TR7 was available here in St Pete. I called and it was delivered in a few days. We had been without a washer for almost 3 weeks ( long story). With tons of dirty clothes , the TR7 was ready for it's work out. We decided to wash white towels first since we were out. The Special Cycles has a setting for Whites so off they went.
They came out FRESH, Clean and spun almost dry. They took half the time to dry compared to the old washer. Next was our sweaty and smelly gym clothes from the last 3 weeks. They too came out super fresh and almost dry.
Last but not least the filthy and sweaty clothes my Partner wears for yard work. I was shocked how much dirt and grime this machine got out. They came out looking like new.
Long story short we swear by this washer. Everything comes out so clean and fresh and we don't have to wait a few hours for it to wash. I swear the colors are coming out so much brighter. Very impressed with this machine.

My appliance repair guy recommended speed queen to replace my broken Samsung washer. I had never heard of speed queen before, so I did some research online, Picked out the model I wanted and bought it sight unseen from a local appliance store. I am very very happy with this purchase! No regrets! And when my Samsung dryer kicks the bucket, I am replacing it with a speed queen dryer!

Upon recommendation from dealer, purchased top of the line Speedqueen washer. Have been using machine for over a month. It is every thing I expected.

The elusive washing machine that washes

After purchasing a top of the line, commercial quality maytag from a big box store we took it home. The first time I used it, I was very disappointed. It was 2pr of jeans and and 2 flannel work shirts. They came out partially wet and just as dirty as when they went in the machine. I read their pamphlet and looked on line. As it turns out this is a very common problem. Due to water conservation most new washing machines controll the water level by weight. It was recommended on line to pour buckets of water in the maytag (some people presoak specific towels to put in their machines for weight) I tried this for 2 weeks and talked to everyone about how ridiculous this extra process was and it made me mad. My mother, my aunts, friends are all playing this crazy fool the washing machine game just to get enough water to wash their dirty clothes. I called our local repair man Barry. He told me to return the maytag and go buy a speed Queen. We loaded it up , drove back in a snowstorm, and returned that worthless machine. Then we went to an appliance store that carries Speed Queen. we have been so happy with our new speed queen. It never has disappointed me and our clothes are clean without me having to trick the washing machine. I tell everyone because I know there are a lot of people who hate their machine. I highly recommend Speed Queen.

Meeting All My Expectations

I asked an appliance repairman what brand of washer and dryer I should get, and he said Speed Queen. He informed me that Speed Queen had the least number of repairs needed. That, alone, was enough for me to consider Speed Queen. I have been using my new washer and dryer, and the clothes are getting fresher and cleaner. I love my new Speed Queen washer and drier.

Best washer we've ever purchased!

Being married for 35 years, and having raised three boys, we've purchased four washing machines. I used this same model while visiting family in 2018 and told my husband when we need to replace our machine, I want a Speed Queen! This Speed Queen is the absolute best of the four we've used! I love all of the wash options, and I truly believe our clothes are coming out cleaner.
