I am not impresed with this machine at all. My wife washed my sweat pants and when they came out of the dryer they had fabric softner stains all over them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we can provide tips on avoiding undissolved fabric softener: Fabric softener dissolves best in hot or warm temperatures and with a sufficient amount of water. If using the Normal Eco Cycle, please utilize the Extra Rinse option if using fabric softener. We purchased the TR7 washer and dryer the beginning of Dec 2019. I have done several different types of loads now and honestly love these new machines. They are quiet, efficient and our clothes are clean and amazingly almost wrinkle free. I love the different selections that are available for both washing and drying and have even used the delay feature to have the wash done while sleeping, and using at a lower electrical rate time, in order to just pop it into the dryer when I get up. The only features I'm not crazy about are the lid lock on the washer and it stops filling when you raise the lid. But, I just put the soap in, let it fill for just a bit to get the soap mixed, and before the lid locks, open it and put the clothes in. I also love the top load style over the front load. Anything new though always takes a bit of adjustment to get used to doing something different. All in all, even though on the higher price side, I am VERY VERY happy that I spent the extra money and look forward to just as many years service as my old Lady Kenmore set gave us.

We bought this washer because ours went out and of course it is also a “ heavy duty “ washer I was a little disappointed that the washtub wasn’t bigger /deeper! However it washes just as much laundry as I used to wash in my last washer without any trouble it is very easy to use and a lot quieter than I would have expected!! I Love It ! Thank You

We love our new TR7, by Speed Queen! We only have 1 issue, when using liquid fabric softner , it sometimes stains clothes, and have to rewash the entire load.. We only use a small amount and this still happens. Overall, love the washer, and couldn't wait too have a washer with an agitator again!

Clothes Finally Clean - so grateful for a machine that has a center agitator, uses enough water to actually clean the clothes and has plenty of wash cycle options. Sometimes the older technologies are the best solution. Is it really high efficiency (HE) when you have to wash your clothes multiple times using longer cycle times? And then still have to use one of the scented products flooding the market to cover up the smell of unclean clothes? No thank you. Speed Queen + Charlies Soap = CLEAN

Love this washer dryer set. I have owned many others and even the “new” energy efficient one and sold it in less than a year. Clothes were not clean. Since owning this one our clothes are much cleaner and softer coming out of the dryer.
