There are four volume options that you can choose from: Off, Low, Medium, and High. Additionally, we're sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning ability of your washer. We would like to recommend a few tips for using your TR7 top load washer. Preparing Wash Load: Make sure to sort items according to the manufacturer's care label. Sort by color, fabric/construction, temperature, and amount of soil. Pretreat: Pretreat collars and cuffs with pretreat product or liquid detergent when placing in washer. If any special stains are present, treat individually. Loading Washer: Always add low sudsing, High Efficiency detergent to the washtub before loading items. Load larger and heavier items first so they are at the bottom of the washtub. Load items by the amount of space they take up, not their weight. Mix large and small items in load to get the best washing results. An out-of-balance load may limit spin speeds and affect wash quality. Wash Temperature: Hot water is most effective for cleaning. Warm is useful for providing a thorough cleaning on light and moderately soiled clothing without damaging fabric or adding to color fading. Cold water is ideal for delicate items. Please note, in wash temperatures colder than 60 degrees F, detergents do not dissolve well. This may cause ineffective cleaning, or lint and residue to form. Your washer's water temperature is determined by the temperature of incoming water supply. In cold, winter months, consider using Hot water instead of cold and warm water in order to obtain the most effective clean. Cycles: With the TR7, you can use the Soak option in order to treat heavily soiled items before the wash cycle begins. Maximum Soak is 24 hours. The Heavy Duty and Super Soiled cycles with Extra Rinse can also be selected for best wash results with heavily soiled items. We hope this all helps!
