My husband built me a sewing room behind our house and installed the window unit to keep me warm in winter and cool in summer. It works great. I use the app on my phone to turn the unit to the desired temperature before I go out to work. Love it!

Bought this unit in 2023 for a small office/shed a/c is great heater doesn’t work going into 3rd season. For the price you’d like to get more time out of it!

Since you mentioned the heating function isn’t operating as expected, one helpful step is to reset the unit by unplugging it for a full minute and plugging it back in. Also confirm the mode is set to Heat and the temperature is set higher than the current room temperature.
