I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The only problem was I didn’t have the side curtains with it but customer service was able to make sure I got them. Other than being VERY heavy I am very happy with my purchase.

Ac compressor will not turn off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ac blow ice cold and the heater doesn't blow hot, after inspection I noticed the ac compressor is not turning off when the heat is on and it's staying on even after you turn the unit off. Only way to get the ac compressor to turn off is to cut off the power to it by either unplugging it or tripping the button on the plug. LW8021HRSM This is my model number. The unit is clean and not stopped up.

I bought this to replace a fifteen year old unit. Old unit (different manufacturer) was extremely loud, so I bought this based upon decibel rating, plus the heat capability, and it was the same size as the old unit making installation easy. We are extremely pleased with the performance and quiet operation. We have purchased many LG products over the years with very good results.

I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago and I love it! It really puts out like I did on prom night. It replaced our hvac and it cools about 1200 square feet, which is equivalent to a normal size living room, hallway and a large bedroom. We keep it on 73 because it gets too cold when we’re in the same room with it. It can be turned on through the app which is very convenient. We turn in the ceiling fan to help circulate the air. Great purchase!

So happy with purchase. We got this a few days ago and it's amazing. We have it on our 300 sq ft porch and it's keeping it cool. Today in FL it's 93 outside. Also, super quiet. Another great product I have from LG.
