[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my make shift home office(aka my converted shed) and love that I can use this year round, while it’s still cold out the heater is great, and when it gets hot the A/C is nice and cold. Was hoping it would be a little quieter but it’s still quieter than the older LG window unit I had before. Love that I can use it with the ThinQ app too so I can set it to pre-cool or pre-heat before I head in there. Overall, very satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband installed the unit but he had to uninstall the guts of the unit just to get to the two clips for the right and left curtains. Maybe they could have been installed at the factory! It was also very difficult to get the correct department to get help with setting up the Wifi.

A few weeks ago my HVAC unit went down hard. With supply side issues being what they are it was difficult to find the motherboard and motor to get it back up again. This occurred this past August when daily temperatures where I live in Florida were averaging 95F every day. I went out and bought this window AC unit for my bedroom and it literally and figuratively saved me from heat exhaustion. It took 8 days for my AC service to find the parts so the purchase of the unit was money well spent. As a plus factor I can subsequently use it with my home generator during the next inevitable hurricane hit in my area

I just bought the third unit like this from LG. All have been great. An excellent value and a compact size. The first one that I bought lasted about 6 - 7 years until debris punctured the coolant line. Was still running fine prior to incident. I decided to go ahead and replace. I did not hesitate to buy the same model. I had that one in my art studio which is 300 sf with a 10 foot ceiling. No matter how hot or cold it got I was comfortable.
