It runs quietly. I can’t wait to try out the heater part but won’t do it in this 100 degree weather. Thanks lg

So far it has worked very well in cooling our metal building that we converted into a Guest bedroom! This unit replaced one just like it that we had had for five or six years but had stopped working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this 6 months and it’s defective and not working. It’s the perfect size and features it is so disappointing. I’m still waiting for lg to do right by me. It’s installed so I can’t get stickers nor can I have a hole in my wall while I work on getting new and finding someone to do the work again during COVID is a nightmare as it is in our property two state away. Not cool. I don’t have time to get back there.
