[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally found this unit as being the top of ten AC’s for 2022. The model was unavailable so we kept looking to see what else LG had. We found the same unit with WI-FI. It was ordered on a Friday and was delivered free to Western Nebraska by Monday morning coming all the way from Georgia. If the heater works as well as the AC, we will be double happy. This unit replaced a well used LG unit that had no Wi-Fi or heat.

After doing my homework I finally decided to get this unit and after paying someone alot of money alot of money to install a new breaker and plug and to run the new wire. I plug it n and nothing. Idk what I'm gonna do my my wife threw away the box that had my receipt in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
