Got this AC about a month ago. Our central air went out, and couldn't afford to replace it at this time. Man, it is really hot in TX right now, so we got this LG 18000 BTU model. It is definitely a downgrade from central, but it keeps the living room and kitchen cool. We use smaller models for the bedrooms. I love the ThinQ app. We travel frequently. I love that we can set schedules to turn iit on and off. We turn it off when we leave, schedule it to come on on the AM that we are returning. Nice and cool to come home to. You can also adjust temperature, mode and fan speed. Love ❤️ it!!!
