Our home doesn’t have a central unit so we’ve been depending on this unit to keep our home cold. It has performed OUTSTANDING! We seriously have to sit with blankets on during the night to sit in the living room (where we have it placed). The unit is extremely user friendly. It has a nice, sleek design and isn’t an eye sore like some window units. The quality is amazing as it is extremely well built and heavy duty! We are so in love with this product. It has tremendously helped our family out during these hot summer months. We also enjoy the WiFi compatibility. It’s extremely convenient! Overall we would HIGHLY suggest this to anyone in the market. It is truly an amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for a few days now and WOW, it's absolutely incredible! The original packaging was well thought out and very secure. The instructions were easy for me to follow and understand. I did the installation/setup by myself and it only took me a couple hours. I placed this unit in my master bedroom window and I couldn't be happier, it cools down in no time at all. Thrilled that this model included a built-in washable air filter to help reduce air pollutants and allergens.
I absolutely love the fact that this product can be used anytime of the year as a heater or an air conditioner! It also has a "Dry mode" to help remove moisture from the air which is a massive bonus.
The wifi feature is a wonderful touch and works as intended. Being able to connect and control everything from the LG ThinQ app on my smartphone is super convenient and a much appreciated feature.
No issues or problems with this product so far, and I have zero complaints. I'd go as far to say this is hands-down the best window unit I've ever owned. My final score: easily a 10 out of 10. A must have product!

It works better than my home system because it's 20-years old and is due for a replacement. I can use my phone and control the temperature. I'm already familiar with LG ThinQ app because I use it to control my LG OLED TV. This is a quality product that I recommend if you wanna keep your room cool.

I’m very disappointed with this product. Even at 69 degrees, it’s only moderately cool. The Wi-Fi feature does not work. I gave it two stars, because of the remote and quiet sound.

We bought this and installed it ourselves. It keeps our 752 sq ft home super cold and has helped immensely with humidity issues as well. Have had some trouble hooking it up to ThinQ, but otherwise it has been a super solid investment so far.

Great for air. Not for heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2.5 star. Simply because this ac unit doesn’t do its intended job. The heater went out within a few months on this product. It’s freezing in our home and this is our main source of heat. We have bought small space heaters to help, we can’t get anyone to help us fix it and our landlord refuses to replace it since the air conditioner part works fine. And I absolutely can’t find a filter replacement.
