Have purchased other ones with same BTU and they only lasted 2 years. Those ones were different brands. So fingers crossed this is the one we have been needing and lasts alot longer than 2 years.

It couldn't keep out living room cool at 68. This new bigger unit keeps our living room, dining room & kitchen very comfortable at 75 - 77 with the same 100+ temps outside.
