We bought two of these for our kids to take to camp. I think they will work perfect. They are really high quality and seem rugged enough to withstand camp. I like the shoe pocket and the way that it splits in the center.
This is the best suitcase/bag!! Easy top zip compartment which I generally use for my shoes. Can really hold a lot. Strong material and easy to pack, wheel around and lift.

What a great duffel Large volume, convenience of drop bottom & U top opening, rolls easy. No problem checking this duffel on an airline. Needs to be packed tight or it won't stand up; tightly packed and it stands up just fine. My husband watched a friend take this bag, who then loaned it to my husband for his winter trip in the Grand Tetons with lots of bulky clothing. Worked so well I ordered it for his birthday! He loves loves loves it and we have been traveling with duffels for more years than I want to admit.
The duffle bag arrived on time. Compared to the previous bag we had; I was missing the second compartment on top zipper on top at the other end of the bag. Quality is still superb! That is why we now have bought 2 for ski clothing and now have we two for miscellaneous travel.
This is the second HighSierra duffle bag I purchased and it is very sturdy for travel. I like the style of it very much especially the drop bottom for separating close.
This High Sierra duffle is different from the last ones I’ve had. I’d prefer a larger drop bottom and smaller top area but I imagine I will get used to a different packing system once I have used it several times. The wheels are smaller… which I hope will not cause a maneuverability issue…or that these wheels are not as strong. I can’t get the duffle to sit upright on its end as my last big High Sierra duffel did. That will be a problem in Airports when I have other luggage. I have only used it once just having received it in the past two weeks. It does seem sturdy and it has a good large packing capacity. And also, as my last one, it has a deep pocket at the top front, which is an important feature and easily accessible. It does look good, and the material and zippers seem to be sturdy. In the past, I have found High Sierra duffles to be very good products.
Liked them better when they stood up without being packed. This one is harder to retain it's shape. But everything else is perfect. Light weight and holds a ton of stuff.
