[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Serif is a very unique display that puts form slightly ahead of function. The cloud white i-shaped bezel is very striking and combined with the matte panel display leads to a lot of visual interest. It also makes it great for rooms with a lot of natural light. The display can rest on a shelf with no stand to attach, or you can attach the included legs for a freestanding easel setup. I wish they would have included a wall mounting option as I prefer a more minimalist installation for my displays. The quality of the display itself is very nice, movies and shows look good in 4K and HDR. It even natively upscales lower quality content to 4K. The eARC HDMI port works seamlessly with our soundbar system. The Samsung OS is easy to navigate and has apps for all my preferred streaming services. The remote is simple and stylish, it's also rechargeable and has solar cells on the back side to recharge from ambient lighting. The TV has some cool smart features like screen sharing from your phone using NFC tap and Google/Amazon/Apple assistant integration. Connecting the display with Samsung SmartThings was very easy and allows you to control the Serif with your smart phone. As a smart home junkie it's really nice to have connected devices managed by a single app. My two minor issues are with the panel and the processor. The panel uses edge lit backlighting which is older technology and doesn't have dimming zones for better contrast and brightness. As a result there is some noticeable backlight bleed. Second, the processor seems to bog down at times with the native OS. Navigating the menus can be sluggish and will sometimes become unresponsive for a moment on certain menu elements. It's pretty trivial but if you've ever experienced a silky smooth smart tv OS, it's hard not to notice. Overall the experience is very good and if high design is what you're looking for, this is the answer.

To ensure your TV's performance is fully optimized, please make sure your firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
To address the image issue you've mentioned, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, this thing is beautiful. Definitely will be the focal point for any room you put it in, and because of the included legs you can put it anywhere, it's that versatile. The anti glare screen is a plus because i have huge window doors behind my sofa and I can see the difference immediately from my other television. The specs aren't up there with other high end models but I say you get your money's worth because of the design, it's designed to look like a art piece and not a tv,and when people come over and see it for the first time they're taken aback for a second. The remote is solar powered so no need to worry about batteries, I thought that was a cool touch. The speakers are good but not great, which kinda puts you in a bind because adding a sound bar totally messes up the illusion, but once again it's a piece of art first. I would recommend it to those who have a small space and want to jazz it up because the ambient mode is awesome, or someone who wants a tv but doesn't want a tv in a particular room.

Stylish Viewing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2022 Samsung Serf 65" QLED Smart TV is a really cool and unique offering and I just love it. We have it installed in the loft area in our house where there is tons of natural light that we can't prevent, but this TV has a matte coating on the screen that makes it really easy to view even when its very bright in the room. Movies look really good on the screen and even better when they are HDR. The auto-motion plus features make movies come alive but without the dreaded soap-opera effect. We've dialed it the settings so movies look amazing but doesn't become distracting. The smart tv features are great and intuitive. All of our favorite streaming apps are supported and it comes with Samsung TV Plus which is basically free streaming tv service from Samsung built into the TV. The bezel looks really stylish and are friends all compliment us on how unique it looks when they come over for movie nights. All in all, we've very happy with the Samsung Serif!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw this campaign, my first thought was, do I need another TV. Well after receiving this I realized what I was missing in my other televisions. When I opened the box the first thing I liked was the styling of the television. My house has white accents everywhere and this piece fits right in and almost looks like a piece of furniture and not just a television. The matte coating on the screen makes it easy to view from any angle in the room no matter the light. The picture quality is crystal clear, it made watching the first weekend of football a joy. The eARC HDMI plugs are easily accessible and it made it easy to hook my sound bar up. The detachable easel stand made it very easy to find the perfect place to to set it up for optimal viewing. I would highly recommend this television to anyone looking to have an unbelievable viewing experience, watching your favorite movie or watching your favorite sporting event.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We play tons of games with the Xbox and plenty of TV on this great TV with awesome color and beautiful sound it's the best thing we've ever owned and I like highly recommend. I've never had a restart or reboot it never had a problem connected to my dish or my Xbox or my Wi-Fi I love this TV
