TERRIBLE NEW PACKAGING. PRODUCT WON'T STAY CLOSED

I will no longer buy Vital Proteins since they keep messing with the packaging. First they removed the scoop so you had to have your own scoop which was fine but now they have changed the packaging from plastic to this VERY THIN CHEAP CARDBOARD that doesn't even support the product. The package bends & folds just trying to pull the top off now. There is NO WAY this product will stay fresh in this type of cheap packaging. I will buy ANOTHER BRAND that isn't ignorant to put such a expensive product in packaging it can't even be stored in!! I REFUSE TO BUY THIS UNTIL YOU PACKAGE IT PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful Packaging

The new paper tub is the worst! You are charging the same amount for paper and no measuring spoon/scooper! How about creating a reusable and refillable container with a measuring spoon that we can purchase refills at a lesser cost and that is recyclable?

Updated formula? Not good

I have a subscription and have been using this product for years. I add it to my coffee and it’s always dissolved nicely in a hot beverage. I thought I received a bad batch as it was chunky in my coffee, similar to bad milk. I tossed it and got my next batch and have the same issue. Not sure if the formula has been updated but it’s not good.

Does not dissolve

Since switching to the cardboard container instead of the plastic container, the powder does not dissolve in my drinks. Not good. Too bad because I was a big fan of your collagen peptides.

The poor review is because the new cardboard packaging with a "pinch & pull" lid is the absolute worst.
I will have to move on to another brand . It is unfortunate as I like the product but the packaging is terrible.
