Love the product, hate the new packaging

I'm on the fence about continuing to order this product. I love the Collagen but really dislike the new cardboard packaging. I had read other reviews about it and have to agree, it really needs to change. It's difficult to get into and doesn't close securely. Luckily I kept an old Vital Proteins plastic container (and scoop) so I just pour the powder into it. The screw-top lid makes it secure and easy to travel with. If I didn't have that old container I'm not sure I would continue ordering this. Please listen to your customers and improve the packaging or just go back to the plastic ones.

Stupid new container design

This new bucket is AMAZING.

It’s a little weird to review the container but this one deserves it. Vital Proteins is clearly committed to the environment and excellence. I have been using Vital Proteins collagen for a few years after it was recommended to me by a friend and I have loved the benefits. In the last year I noticed that they got rid of the plastic scoop that was included and now the bucket is no longer plastic. It seems like they really put some time and lots of effort in designing this new one but they nailed it. I love using it even more than the old one. Kudos to this company. I will be supporting them as long as they keep making loves like this.

Love the new packaging!!

I love this product! It has become a staple in my life. I put it in my coffee and my protein shakes. It dissolves easily and basically disappears once added to a liquid. I have been a devoted buyer since I first tried it years ago. And now I love them even more because of their new packaging! I hate plastic waste and love this new cardboard packaging. I have so many scoopers from past products that I've saved because I feel so guilty throwing them away. Thank you for getting rid of the plastic scooper and changing the packaging! I have never had a hard time opening this, and even though the seal doesn't seem tight, I've kept mine in my cupboard and it stayed fresh (I live in Hawaii and was really worried about the humidity getting to the powder).

What have you done?!?!?

I used to love - what have you done to the grind of the powder? Used to dissolve so easily leaving no aftertaste - now it’s like flour that clumps and must stir wildly to dissolve and leaves sediment no matter how hard I stir …. Wish I hadn’t stocked up so disappointed ☹️

Great product; difficult to open.

Not a fan of the new “pinch and pull up” packaging! I’ve been using this product for year and love it, but the new packaging (although environmentally friendly) is difficult to open. Every time, I’ve had to use a knife to cut at the perforated edge. For anyone who has poor grip strength to “pinch,” this will be a huge problem.

Who thought this new packaging worked? What a pain in the neck. As long as I see the collagen peptides in this packaging I will be buying a different product.
