I love this product and use it almost daily. I was thrilled that you have changed containers and gone to cardboard. Yes, I will admit that it was a struggle to open the container. And, I got it open on the third or fourth try. My appreciation for your willingness to go the extra mile and work on a cardboard alternative outweighs the current inconvenience of opening it. I am certain you are working on this. Thank you!

i’m confused

i’m just confused. why doesn’t it have a scoop and the packaging says to use 4 tbsp of power mixed into a drink but i think 4tbsp are too much. i hav enough idea can someone help

We have the belief that caring for people also means caring for their environment. Though we’re foregoing our scoop, consumers can still expect the same efficacious collagen peptides they know and love. The recommended serving is anywhere between 2-4 leveled tablespoons. Beware of product declining quality

No consistency in product. When it dissolves as it did in my beginning use of product it’s great. Have thrown out canisters of product due to extreme clumps, non dissolvable . Product quality has changed.

Horrible packaging

Oh gosh that packaging is horrendous. Struggling for a while to find out how to open it and now it can closed well. Feel like l wasted my money

Love the Product…Hate the New Packaging

I have been using this for 3 years and love it. However, the new packaging, albeit environmentally aware, is impossible to open. I gave up this morning and used the chocolate one I had.

New package is no good!!

New package is no good. I will be searching for a new product to replace Vital Proteins. I have used this product for years but when I opened the new cardboard container it was a nightmare. Very disappointed in this company and will never purchase again. Don't fix something that isn't broken.
