The new all paper canister is fantastic!

LOVE the new paper canister. I was successful opening it properly the first time, and it opens and closes, no problem.

Great product but terrible packaging.

I love this product; however the switch to the cardboard container with the lid attached that must be pulled to open is terrible! I am 70 ears old with arthritis in my hands and cannot open the lid. Thank heavens I saved and am reusing the plastic container with twist off lid.

Horrible new packaging

Packaging of this product has changed over the past year making it almost impossible to open the new package without spilling it all over. Although we appreciate the effort to eliminate plastic, it is very difficult to get through the paper and cardboard to access the powder. The insttructions do not make it clear how to get through the heavy paper and we have had to resort to knives to break through and rip it open. We are going to look for another collagen product that will be easier to open.

Stop cutting corner$

I like the product, but I despise the “ cutting corners to make more profit” scheme. First, no scoop and now those awful cardboard containers that warp, doesn’t seal well, and allows moisture in and the product clumps. Go back to the plastic tub and scoop!

Hate the new packaging

I like the product, but hate the new packaging. I appreciate your initiative to reduce waste, but I am a senior, with arthritic hands and was not able to open the lid without taking scissors to it, which was not a pretty sight! When testing a change, like this, please keep all customers in mind. I will now look for a product that I can open without the potential of hurting myself.

If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. Reduced plastic packaging for the win!

Love this collagen, just subscribed after buying in store. What drew me to this one (there are a million now!) is the reduced plastic packaging. I think the paper opening system is ingenious - want to see more companies follow suit!
