What’s inside is great, what’s outside isn’t

I gave this product a 3 star, but allow me to clarify. The product itself is every bit a 5 star; however, the packaging is HORRIBLE. As a senior citizen who has used your product for years, i find it a true challenge to open this new one. Pinch and pull? Unless you’re a body builder this is not what I would consider easy off.

Sadly, I'll Be Leaving

I've used Vital Proteins & encouraged friends toward it for many years. The packaging
changes are now so unacceptable that I must seek a new source. I had to use a pair of pliers
to pry the "pinch & pull" tab due to arthritis. Having to go to the basement for a plumbing
wrench is not my idea of an "enjoyable first cup of coffee" for the day. In addition we routinely recycle our plastic. Now.....I'm gone.

Packaging Fail

Horrible packaging. Very difficult to open without spilling half the product all over the counter and floor.

I really enjoy the product but the New top without the scoop is terrible!! It took me 10 minutes to open it.

New Paper Container Sucks

Still like the product, but hate the paper container they put it in for retail stores. Way too hard to open and no scoop.

Please fix the container issue.

I love your product and have been buying it for years. However I HATE the new paper packaging. While I don't mind it being in paper I find it extremely hard on my hands to open it. My hands are arthritic and weak so the only way I can open the top is to use a knife to cut around the perforation. Not a great option you have to admit. I will still pour the product into an old container because that is my preference, but the current way for opening the paper almost makes this a no go.

If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid.
