Love this product. HOWEVER, it took a sliced finger and a pair of pliers to get the container open. I am an AVID proponent of reusing and recycling however there has to be a better way to package this.

Packaging fail!

You could have warned everyone that the packaging was changing so they could keep the old plastic container to refill. Same with the scoop by the way. I applaud you for going more green but the first attempt is a fail. You can no longer store the product in this container. It doesn't reseal after opening. It would be better to send in a sustainable resealable bag or any sustainable bag for that matter. At least a bag could be stored in a snaplock container. The cardboard canister is just awkward so it was not even worth trying to replicate the plastic canister. Please fix.

Tragic packaging decision

Product is great! Used for a long time. New packaging is going to be in marketing mistakes hall of fame. Horrible. We and MANY of our friends have stopped using due to new packaging. Unable to open without destroying the container. Clear from reviews below we are not only ones who really dislike and have troubles with packaging. Will be interesting to see if the company responds to its loyal customers or not or if it is just all about saving a couple of pennies to the bottom line…

Excellent product and packaging material

I just want to take the time to thank you for changing the lid and jar to an environmentally recyclable product. You must care about our enviroment and all the damage that plastic is doing to our planet. The jar and lid are made out of cardboard now. Brilliant idea! Thank you so much. We have been using this product for about a year and love it. My skin and nails never looked better!

I love the product and the NEW packaging. Yes new things take time to adjust to. I'm sure with everyone out there still using plastic or a mason jar we can all find something to trasfer our collegen to. Thank you for this thoughtful change to reclyable cardboard:) I swithed brands to your JUST becasue of the new packaging,

Open the new packaging correctly

Disregard the negative reviews about the new packaging!
As clearly indicated in the pictures those reviewers submitted, they did not open the new package correctly. To open, you simply follow the directions on the lid then remove the protective film. This new packaging is not opened like the old plastic container…you DO NOT peel off a strip.
