Bad paper container

Product itself is Good,
but the New paper container Sucks, it tore open and not reseal.
It started to open but the side tore on the cap and container, then deformed so does not seal back up.
Had to put into another container...

Hate the new container

I hate the new container its too tall for my shelf, I had to use pliers to open, Its not user friendly

Way to Go! VITAL PROTEINS

I've been using this product for years now. Good quality for the money. I signed on to give this review because I'm SUPER PROUD they switched to paper containers!!! Way to go. I'm elderly but I'd rather leave the planet a better place rather than complain about a company that shares my VALUES. Thank you Vital Proteins

Terrible lid

I've been using this product for many years, love it! Can't stand the new packaging, not strong enough to open it! Somebody forgot to think about the elderly that still use this product daily and how difficult it would be to grasp and try to pull open. Please rethink the lid.

As long as you have the new all paper packaging, I refuse to keep buying this product. I can't get it open very frustrating!

Protect the environment without letting us down

I absolutely hate the new packaging. I am a little clumsy and I have kids in my pantry digging for things. Things get dropped and knocked over. When this happens, the lid does not stay closed it just pops open and the collagen spills all over the floor. It’s expensive for me for this to happen. Why not go to a bag made sustainably instead? I also miss the scoop. I am all for less plastic, but some things are expected.
