I’ve been using collagen peptides for years! My complaint is the anti plastic lid campaign is over the top! The new all paper packaging is rediculous!!! 🤨

Horrible new container! Terrible idea.

The new packaging is horrible!! It is painful to open with arthritic hands. I had to have help to open it. This is very hard for me to enjoy the product if I can’t get it open. Too, it is not sturdy and easily spills when trying to hold it because the paper canister bends if needing to move it when the lid is open. You may save the planet but it doesn’t save me from the pain in my hands when trying to open and then manage a paper canister to keep it stable. You should have consulted with more people before pushing this out. It’s awful. I have loved the product but I don’t love the pain it brings just to manage it.

Changes - lumpy residue!

Been using this product for awhile. Recently it doesn’t dissolve well and leaves clumpy residue in my coffee and the lining of the mug. Something must’ve changed because it never did this before. Looking at other options because of this. Loyal customers notice when company cut corners!

Love the new packaging!

I have been using this product for years and the only issue I have had with it is the plastic packaging. I am so happy for the new change. It took me a while to figure out the new lid but after reviewing the video I opened it with no problem. Thank you for a great product in great packaging!

Hate the new container! Husband and I are in our late 70's. Very painful to open. Thank goodness I save the old container. If you want us to continue buying I suggest you make it easy for us to use!!!
