Horrible new packaging!

The new packaging is horrible - impossible to get open and the whole container practically falls apart and is not air tight! Please go back to old container!!

Hate new packaging.

I’ve been taking this product for over two years and feel it has made a difference. However I hate the new packaging (much too difficult to open). and will be forced to research companies carrying the equivalent product. First you eliminated the scooper then you made it impossible to open. I’m in my 70s, all my friends in their 60s and 70s take this product but you will be losing customers just based on this new container.

AWFUL packaging, but great product

The product itself, I have no problems with. It mixes well in my coffee. My complaint is the new cardboard "tub" IT'S AWFUL! Please, PLEASE move back to the plastic one. If I'd have known the packaging had changed, I would have saved my old one.

Although I enjoy this product, the redesigned container is impractical, and the reduction in size from 24oz to 20oz with a steep price is prompting me to consider other choices.

The largest size available for purchase through our website is our 20oz canister for our Unflavored Collagen Peptides. Our 24oz canisters are available for purchase via our authorized wholesale retailers (Costco, BJ's & Sams Club). This size is exclusive to our wholesale retailers. In addition, retail store prices are determined by those individual retailers and are subject to their own promotions and discounts. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and support. Obliterated fingernails

Claims it's good for hair and nails. I had 9 beautiful, long strong fingernails. Wanted to keep them that way. Been using this product for 2 weeks. Destroyed my fingernails. They are peeling, cracking, all dried out. I do appreciate the protein and the very slight taste.

Whats Changed?

Hello...Ive been using this product for almost a year. I received a new package and the product is more powdery and will not dissolve like before in hot coffee. It just sits on top of the coffee like a lump until I really have to stir and stir. What did you do to the product? If it won't dissolve in hot coffee I know it won't in a cold drink. I now give your product from a 5 star to a 2 star. (Collagen Peptides Advanced)

Great product, crappy user packaging design

Great product - revise directions on top of new packaging. Once you get it open it’s fine - but I destroyed the lid thinking the ‘pinch rim & pull up’ with an arrow pointing to the inner rim meant to separate the top off and pull it up. If you went to all the expense to design new packaging,user test it first, and re-write the lid instructions. Do appreciate it’s more sustainable though and now I know how to open for the next one!
