Bad Container Design. Switching to Other Brands

I thought it was just me having trouble opening the new container but I asked 5 other people. All struggled. Now I see all these negative comments and I understand it's a common problem. Making a video to explain how to open it is not the answer., You failed Design 101. Go back and redesign to make it intuitive. It's ridiculous that we need instructions to open a container. Intention is A+. Execution is F-.

Product appears to be good, packaging not so good

Here to agree with everyone about the packaging. I hope the company is working on a redesign of some sort. I can’t even guarantee the quality of the product over a period of time. I can’t seal it with some kind of twist top lid. I’ll transfer the product to something I can seal or place the container in an extra large seal proof plastic bag.

The container is only half full

I have been using this product for almost a year. The last two times I ordered. The container is half full. It will only last two weeks. I would like a full container or a refund. This is very disappointing!!

New paper cartons are lousy storage & hard to use.

I like this product, mostly affordable & adaptable to use in multiple ways. However the new paper carton sucks. It's hard to open & easier to spill. Poor shelf life storage. If damp or wet it would mold & you might not notice it right away.

Horrible packaging

Product good, packaging is horrible the new paper packaging is hard to open and it is not air tight at all leaving the possibility for bugs to get in . Will have to find another brand with better packaging if u don't go back to original packaging

Awful Packaging

Love this product BUT the new packaging is terrible. I am unable to open the container and my son had difficulty opening it. Please change it.

good product - bad container

I like this product but the new packaging with cardboard container is the pits. It's hard to open. I doesn't seal well. It lets the moisture in. Please go back to better packaging.

Great product poor packaging

I have been talking this product for about 3 years and it has helped my hair and skin……but this new packaging is absolutely horrible. Not sure what genius thought it was a good idea but it’s ridiculous! Change it back!
