I like the product but my poor rating was based on the new packaging. It was almost impossible for me with arthritic hands to open. I had to use a knife and screwdriver. I understand the need to make this plastic free but there has to be a better solution. I may have to try another product that is elderly friendly.

Took this product on the advice of my physician. Used only in the morning, recommended dose. Had to stop using because I was waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe.

New container sucks!!

The product is good but first they remove the scoop that used to come with it and now they make the container impossible to open. Should not be this hard to get to the product. Next time I’ll switch to something that is more user friendly.

Get a reusable sealable container.

The product is great, the packaging sucks. I have to pour the powder into my old brands container since it's plastic with a lid that actually screws on. If the VP container falls on the floor the powder would go everywhere.

Stupid new cardboard packaging

Dissolves easily into my coffee, leaving a bit more of a creamy texture but I still add my regular milk. While I have used this product for some time (over a year), I have not noticed an improvement in my nails, skin, nor my hair. The prior plastic tub with twist top cap was easy to open and close. The new cardboard packaging is difficult and cumbersome to open and putting the “lid” back on creates a poor fit. There is no scoop inside to dispense the powder. I fully expect moisture to get into the contents and damage the dry white powder. Who was the moron that approved this poorly done design?

You've read enough reviews to know, but I'll repeat the message - the new packaging is terrible! You can't get into the thing! Please come up with something better than this or I'll have to find another product.
