Excellent job on the new packaging!

Thank you so much for removing the plastic measuring spoon and converting to cardboard packaging. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews about the new packaging. It's so easy to open if people would just follow the instructions! Do not go back to plastic. I look forward when all your plastic packaging is replaced. It seems only certain types are being replaced.

Bitter taste

I bought this because it was on sale. The product. Won’t purchase again even if discounted. I’m new to taking collagen and the previous brand I used was truly flavorless plus it had heat resistant probiotics added. This product is not flavorless as described. Instead it tastes like aspirin and makes my coffee extremely bitter.

New Packaging is Unsanitary

I used to love this product but cannot deal with this new packaging. Days into having it I found multiple little brown BUGS IN IT as the cardboard packaging DOES NOT SEAL. The product itself is good but by cheaping out on packaging you’ve disgusted me.

New Container on 20 oz terrible

The new container on the 20 oz product is terrible. Extremely difficult to open. Very poor for storage. After buying and using this product for many years I will not purchase it again because of this. Bad design for a senior to open.

Always swore by this. But not lately

I've taken this for 5 years. The last 2 canisters I've received have been different. NOT in a good way. It has specks of brown mixed in it now and I don't feel like it's working as well anymore. Not happy with recent orders. Deciding if I will continue using.

Hate the new packaging!!

My husband and I have been using the Vital Proteins Collagen daily for about two years. We are happy with the product, but I HATE the new packaging. It is so difficult to open the top; when you finally get it open, the top no longer fits the carton anymore. I feel that moisture will easily get into the powder and affect the quality, so I've had to put the whole giant canister in a huge ziplock bag. I understand the ecological reasons behind switching to cardboard, but you need to find a better solution!! I am considering switching to a different company just because of the awful packaging.

Love the new packaging

I love the new planet friendly packaging! It’s actually not difficult to open at all so it’s weird to me that there are reviews mad about the new container. No need for a plastic scoop in EVERY single container either. It’s so easy to just grab a tablespoon and measure out the amount recommended, or if you’re like me I just weight it out and use the same spoon I’ll be mixing my coffee or tea with anyway.

Hate the new packaging!

I've been using this product in my coffee every morning for many years. I was pleased to see the new environmentally friendly packaging...until I went to open it. Horrible design, wound up spilling it everywhere which was a huge mess because it's such a fine powder. Also, couldn't help noticing that LOTS of the canisters were already damaged and dented on the Costco display.
