New packaging is too difficult to open

The new packaging is horrible!! Directions for opening are vague and the pull tab is too small to grip. I mutilated my new package of Vital Protein. Now I don't have a seal on the container. I am worried it may clump or even spill if knocked over with the "top" on it. I will not buy this product again.

Packaging Opening feedback

Wife has very fine and thin hair and weak nails. She's positive that your product improves her hair.
I applaud your packaging change... BUT, I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. I SUGGEST FEWER CONNECTIONS BETWEEN TOP AND BODY, ESPECIALLY AT THE PULL POINT.
I have strong hands and fingers, am an engineer and understood the design (after some visual inquiry)... STILL IT WAS DIFFECULT!!

New packaging is garbage. Marketing a cardboard box and deletion of scoop as value added to the consumer is exactly the opposite.

great product-new packaging sucks

i love your product and have been taking it over 2 years, however...the new packaging sucks! i followed directions by pinching the rim and it still took about 5 minutes, a knife and scissors to get it open. the cardboard was mutilated. it's a good thing i was pouring it into your older plastic container or i wouldn't have had anything to store it in. bring back the plastic, please!!!

Horrible new packaging

Great product, I’ve been using it daily for 5 years. However, the new packaging is complete garbage. Between the challenge to get it open to behind with and the instability of the top, leaving half the product spilt all over my kitchen floor one morning - it’s nothing short of a disaster. I will not be buying this product anymore due to this packaging.
