Product great, new container a disaster

I have used this for 3 years and am happy with the product. The new container is a disaster. I have arthritis (why I use collagen) and found it almost impossible to open the new container.

Doesn't dissolve as well as it used to and it seems it went from 2 tbl spoons to 3 after they did away with the scoop. Not sure how it benefits me

Disappointed in packaging/no scoop

I’m a long time user (4+ years) and appreciate the benefits. However, I’m disappointed in the new packaging and that the scoop is no longer included. I appreciate the suggestion I saw in other comments to ‘keep the scoop’ which I was able to determine on my own but feel for the product cost that a scoop could be included. The package also is difficult to open. I’m considering switching to a less expensive but equally effective collagen but will be sure to keep your scoop.

Better Packaging for the Earth!

I disagree with people unhappy with new packaging. At first I was bummed because I liked to reuse the empty containers for storing things in my shop or garden shed. BUT, I am also very "stop using unnecessary plastics" oriented because of all the horrors of plastics waste and microplastics. Kudo's to your company for opting for a better environmental solution, and also, we all have silverware so including a plastic measuring tool is ridiculous!

New packaging is TERRIBLE

This new paper packaging is terrible - I'm more worried about chemicals leeching from the paper into the product. I stockpile this product - one thing that is IMPOSSIBLE to DENY - is that after looking at my cannisters that I first bought a long time ago - many expiring in late 2028 or 2029 - WELL - the NEW paper cannisters that JUST CAME OUT - expire in 2027!!!!!!!!!! - So this PROVES that you get LESS product time viability with the new paper packaging. My only other option is to remove the product from the terrible new packaging and vacuum seal it!!!!! The last option after that is to switch brands.

Nasty flavor

Tastes like sulfur. I unfortunately am having to do an elimination diet and can not currently take my normal protein powder. I went with this one hoping that I could just add it to water and call it good but this unflavored powder is most definitely flavored… like a match stick

Taste different

We have been using this product for a month we just recently re-purchased it and now we can taste. It has a nasty taste to it. What did you guys do differently to cause this taste and also please re-introduce the scoop thank you.

Poor quality

I decided to give VP a try after using a competitor brand. After wk 3 I noticed a significant decline in my hair, skin, & nails. My hair started falling out in clumps, my nails became brittle, & my skin felt dry. I stuck with it thinking it was just my body adjusting. After 6 weeks I can say it was not my body adjusting. My hair just falls out in large wads while I’m showering. There’s shedding of my hair everywhere. I took the recommended daily amount until the 20oz tub was gone & I regret it so much! Also to add this stuff does not mix well at all!
