Terrible packaging!

I've been using your Collagen Peptides for five years but will look for a new product because I hate your new packaging. I'm 75 and almost destroyed the container getting it open. Whoever designed your new packaging should be fired. It's awful and unless you go to an easier to open package, I will not be buying your product any longer.

Good product with lousy packaging

I really like the benefits of this product but am sadly disappointed with the new packaging. It is very difficult to open because of my arthritis. Please go back to the plastic screw top containers.

Keep New Packaging - Make "Pinch & Pull" Bolder

Yes it was a little confusing at first since I was used to the old plastic lid, but once I noticed the hint in "mice type" to Pinch and Pull, that the lid opened differently, I like it much better.
NO PLASTIC for the environment.
I would suggest a better container design, make the words "Pinch & Pull" MUCH bigger and bolder...maybe add a sticker for the more oblivious among us (you know who you are).
Don't change it back to plastic.
NOTE: I would like it to be made clear in the terms and conditions that Vital Proteins will not share our email addresses with anyone for any purpose, especially marketing. I don't care how trusted they are!
Do not like the bait and switch image with the lower pricing for the 20oz.!

Has it’s flaws

While I really love this product & have seen the benefits as I have been using it for years. It is beyond frustrating that it doesn’t fully dissolve in cold drinks. I use it daily in my coffee with a frother to blend and am often always left with chunks of the product in cold beverages.

Hi there! If mixing with a frother doesn't help, we recommend adding a scoop or two of collagen in a dry mug/cup, then fill 1/3 of the way with lukewarm water or liquid of your choice, mix/stir thoroughly for 15-20 seconds, then top it off with cold liquid for the best sipping experience.
Using ice? Follow the same steps, adding ice before topping off your collagen drink with cold water/liquid of choice. This should do the trick!

Hate your new packaging. It’s absolutely horrible

The product is awesome love love love it .i have been using these for four years and it’s an expense for me, but I love them and they make me feel better so I keep using them. I will say this time the packaging was different and I absolutely think it’s horrible. I don’t think it stays fresh I thought hard to open it and I would really like you to send me a jar so I can put it in. I don’t wanna have to go out and buy a special jar to put your product and I don’t think that’s right. Please send me an empty package from the old way so that I can continue to buy this and keep it fresh

From 2 to 4 scoops to get 20g, new packaging bluff

The new package seems to be a bluff because it used to be 2 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen, now is 4 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen! Please explain what changed? Less collagen per serving, so more of what to fill in? Not buying again. Not only the packaging changed, they reduced the amount of collagen by 50%.. from 2 to 4 scoops. That was a low ball.

Zero stars for container “improvement”.

To be clear, I’ve been a Vital Proteins consumer for over 4 years. Totally happy with the product, use it daily. When the scoop was discontinued in the interest of the environment, I simply saved the scoops out of my stocked canisters. However this “new, improved” cardboard canister is a total disaster. Did anyone there actually try this out before unleashing it? Certainly I cannot be the only consumer with hand/grip issues? To say the new packaging requires a “learning curve” would be kind. When I need to employ handyman tools to open a container is beyond ridiculous. Yes I am furious. Once the 2 “new, improved” containers are gone, so am I.

Disappointed

I’ve been using this product for several months. I haven’t noticed a significant difference. I reordered this product a few days ago after finishing my last container. When I opened this new container, it seemed like there was much less product inside. For as expensive as this is, I feel there’s not enough product in one container to justify the price.
