Cardboard thin container Rips HARD TO OPEN

I use this for eight years but now I can no longer open the cheap cardboard package and it’s a mess. Very wasteful Don’t waste your money!

Bring back the old packaging! Flimsy!!!

I have been using this product for four years. Today I ended up with it all over myself as I pulled down from the shelf and it spilled all over me, the counter and floor. The new packaging is TERRIBLE. So there is less product in new packaging, it’s poorly made but the price remains the same?!? Come on!

The new packaging is terrible!!! It was so hard to open. Will be looking at a different brand when I’m out of this one. I was already questioning why you have to use SO MUCH compared to other brands.

So far so good!

So far so good. I've only just started taking it, so I'm not positive of the effects yet, but I am planning on continuing. I do find it hard to mix/dissolve in some liquids sometimes; sometimes it clumps into a sticky paste.

Great product.....HORRIBLE NEW PACKAGING!

the product is great. I have been taking for years and I believe makes a difference in my skin appearance but you also have to consider genetics, water intake and diet. I would like to point out that the new packaging is terrible! It is very difficult to open for people who have grip or hand issues. I cannot pinch and pull up. I ended up just cutting open and pouring all the product into my old container!!!! Thankfully I had not thrown it out. Switch it out or I will switch to another collagen. There are other choices. Why change what was working?

Hate new cardboard packaging

Hate the new plastic free! Cardboard container. Just bought and it hard to open and you destroy the container getting it open!
