Where is the Product?

I've been a faithful VP customer since 2017 using multiple products, mainly the collagen powder. I'm disappointed tge containers are half the amount of powder than it used to be. Please don't tell me it's due to powder settling. I will be looking for a new company. If you're going to give half the product, lower the price.

No longer dissolves in coffee

I’ve been using this since 2018. All of a sudden it now is visible in my coffee. Nothing has changed except it’s a new container of collagen. What was changed to make this happen?

Fantastic product

I take this every morning in my tea, since there is no flavor to, it doesn't affect the taste of my tea. It has done me so much good, in so many ways. With my hair, joints, bones and nails. I would highly recommend this, and I do and will continue to buy again.

Product packaging is TERRIBLE

Love the product…new packaging is an absolute disaster. Bring back the old containers!! Bad enough you quit putting a measuring scoop in, but paper packaging is terrible. A resealable bag would be an improvement over this mess. And i live in FL…this package is terrible when you live somewhere full of humidity and bugs.

Terrible package design

The product is okay but the new paper packaging design is terrible. It's impossible to seal the lid tight enough to keep out insects. Twice, I've caught an ant in there
