Horrible packaging!

Like the product, but new packaging is the very worst! Took me 20 minutes to get the top off! Stop this insanity!

Had side effects

I was very disappointed that I could not take this product. I developed headache, swollen lips and tongue after being on it a short time.

TERRIBLE PACKAGING

I have used this product through several packaging revisions…this new paper carton is by far the WORST ! I needed pliers to open it, and now that it’s open, there is absolutely no way to close it again for storage? This is ridiculous!

Like the product but packaging is terrible

I loved this product and used for a long time but I think the final downgrade of this product makes the last container I bought my final one. First you got rid of the scoop, that’s fine I figured it out but the new “eco-friendly” packaging is terrible. It’s difficult to get into and you better hope it doesn’t get knocked over or anything because your powder is going everywhere. Sad change to a product I used to love.

1/4 less in container for same price!

Vital proteins profits for 2023 were 1 million. As of june 2025 profits were at 75million. Earlier this year vital proteins stopped including a scoop in packaging which was no big issue for me as I have been using your product for years and have several scoops. Now you have changed packaging from plastic to recyclable product which is great but you reduced the amount of product in the package by 1/4 and yet the price remained the same with 1/4 less in the container! Shame on you! Will be switching to another brand and making others aware although others have already noticed and not happy either! Greed!

Won't buy again

Love the product, hate the new cardboard container and while your at it I want the scoop back. I will not buy it again in the new package. Cardboard does not hold up to humidity and bugs. Very disappointed.
