New packaging is absolutely horrible.

New packaging is completely horrible. The cardboard box is difficult to open (who designed it!?) and cannot be closed properly. Whatever cost saving idea this came from will end up costing you customers.

Good product, bad packaging

I have been happy with this product, BUT the new canister is awful. Took awhile to “pinch and pull “ it open. Someone with arthritic hands would never be able to open this. I had my old canister, so I reused it. But that doesn’t help with opening the new ones in the future. Might go back to Neocell Collagen for the ease of use.

Once The Best!

Once the best collagen peptides out there, both product and packaging. the new packaging is horrible!! The cardboard box is cheaply made hard to open and close. As much money your making from my family and friends, this really upset me. We are faithful to your company but then you do this! Started by you taking out the scoop now we are down to cheap packaging! This came from will end up costing you customers!

product good, packaging not

i like this product and have been using for a long time, but i don't like that they stopped providing the very convenient scoop. the current packaging is also a pain. i had to use a screwdriver to open this newest container as the pull tab kept breaking off in tiny pieces. Please give us back to scoop and stop skimping on us!
